Children's Personal Care Services (CPCS) is a State of Vermont Medicaid program available to children under the age of 21, with a significant disability or health condition that substantially impacts care giving needs and/or the development or self care needs. 

Children's Creative Connections (C3) is a pilot project currently in operation through Children's Personal Care Services.
